Living with Diabetes can sometimes be challenging and knowing where to turn for support with your daily wellbeing is key. As well as attending a Diabetes Education programme, there are a number of other ways you can get support for your overall wellbeing. The My Possible Self questionnaire will help you identify areas that you may need a little help with, for example - excessive stress or high levels of anxiety often associated with managing your Diabetes. The app will suggest modules and activities that help you tackle these areas.
