Living with Diabetes can sometimes be challenging and knowing where to turn for support with your daily wellbeing is key. As well as attending a Diabetes Education programme, there are a number of other ways you can get support for your overall wellbeing. The My Possible Self questionnaire will help you identify areas that you may need a little help with, for example - excessive stress or high levels of anxiety often associated with managing your Diabetes. The app will suggest modules and activities that help you tackle these areas.

Why not take this opportunity to learn more about your diabetes whilst at home, why not try MyType1 Diabetes or BERTIE Online. Both courses are free diabetes education course for people with Type 1 diabetes that has lots of useful information to help you understand and manage insulin doses compared to carbohydrate intake and live life on a day to day basis.
